Calibration of submersible optical sensors

Summary: Optical (fluorescence) sensors are a key component of the global monitoring efforts to quantify the role of dissolved organic matter in the global carbon cycle. Yet, these sensors often return incorrect fluorescence intensities due to various reasons. This project develops new routines to calibrate sensors, compare performance, and improve the alignment between deployed sensors
